Step-1
Download and print the application form. (Or pick up a copy from our
campus) Application should be available for download.
Step-2
Make sure all the necessary documents are in order.
- Original and attested photocopy of birth certificate of applicant.
- Original and attested photocopies of applicant’s immunization records since birth.
- 3x passport size photographs of applicant
- 2x passport size photographs of up to 3 guardians.
- Original and attested photocopies of passport, national ID, or driver’s license of each guardian. (Although only only is required, having more than one form of identification is appreciated).
Step- 3
Complete the application form.
Step- 4
Submit the completed application form, along with the required
documents to our on- campus office.
